We are located in Cambridge, Ontario and all our products are made by hand here in our facilities.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Ruhn Moisturizing Oil is made in small batches and each bottle is labelled with an expiration date. Typically, this will be about six to nine months after purchase. For optimal life, we suggest storing it in a dry, cool area out of direct sunlight.
Ruhn Cleansing Clay is shelf-stable and will last indefinitely if kept in a dry space.
How long will your products last me?
Depending on your usage, our products should last you between one and a half to three months. Ruhn Moisturizing Oil contains about 720 drops, and we advise using four to eight drops per use. Ruhn Cleansing Clay contains twelve teaspoons and we advise using one teaspoon per use, once or twice weekly.
Is there an adjustment period when using your products?
It’s normal for your skin to respond differently when you introduce new products. Generally, it takes about six weeks for your skin to adjust to any routine changes. Our products are gentle but we advise – as with anything else – go slowly and be consistent to see the best results.
